Staying at Mi Casa Tu Casa is a great choice for location, comfort, and value. If you want to visit New York City but do not want to stay like a tourist, or simply seek the intimacy of a home away from home – stay with us. Stay in a completely furnished private room with the comforts, and convenience of home & minutes from Manhattan. NYC subways are just 2 short blocks from the house.
This classic family home was constructed in 1800’s. The home has three floors. The top floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom, the second floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom, and the lower level has one bedroom, one bath, one common area, and one kitchen/dining area.
There is access to the outdoor patio from the sunroom next to the kitchen. The entire house has a Latin American Flavor to it. Each room is decorated with the charm and the comfort that each country would offer.
The front balcony is available to all guests as is the outdoor patio.
We respect the earth, thus run a green home. Our garden is a relaxing delight with a mural of Puerto Rico's tropical rain forest, El Yunque done by world-renowned spray paint artist, TATS Crew. We also have a near 100-year-old white pine that towers above the house & has incredible energy to share.
